This role will embrace a world of innovation and utilize Salesforce. They will assist in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications and solutions; collaborate with senior developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications; develop and configure workflows, forms, and reports in the Salesforce platform; and conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.This role will be responsible for learning how to customize, develop, and use the Salesforce application. They will customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and requirements; work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement; implement enhancements to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement; and continuously explore new features and functionalities offered on the Salesforce platform.This role will learn incident resolution and support in Salesforce. They will provide support and troubleshooting assistance for Salesforce applications; identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations; collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system incidents; and document resolutions and maintain an organized knowledge base.Performs related work as assignedMaintains relevant knowledge necessary to perform essential job functionsAttends work regularly in compliance with agreed-upon work schedule.
